Breakfast provided many choices. The room was spacious. The bathroom looked newly refurbished with a new shower unit. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were replaced each day. Free parking at the hotel was available, made logistics easier. The location was ideal for attending a concert close to the pier.

Early breakfast was available from 7.30am , which was really convenient. I slept well, and the shower in the morning was really good. There is also parking available, so I did not need to find an alternative option.

I asked for early check-in. The hotel would phone when my room was ready. I still had to pay £15 extra. I did not have any hot water because of heating problems, inconvenient.

The hotel boasts a sizeable garden. It gets the sun for much of the day, perfect for relaxation. There is a comfortable bar that serves coffee, tea, and snacks, ideal for unwinding after a day out. Round-the-clock reception provides assistance whenever needed.

The hotel's location is superb. It is perfectly situated for the seafront and town centre. This makes it easy to access various attractions and amenities nearby. Plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, the pier, and the seafront are within easy reach.

The staff was very friendly, from paris' warm welcome to lucy's kind farewell. the room was fabulous. I noted a high standard of cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. a lady at the bar provided excellent service, and the breakfast ladies were also lovely. the team, and i found nothing was too much trouble.

the wallpaper in the corridors was peeling, and i noticed a slightly funny smell in some areas.
